How do I track my order?

Can I modify or cancel after an order has been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Eligible items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving your order.

What shipping options do you offer?
We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about 1-3 business days for us to pack and ship your order followed by another 3-5 business days for delivery. Express orders placed after 9am ship the following business day.

While we aim to keep shipping as streamlined as possible, certain factors like delivery distance and logistics may influence pricing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping! At the moment, our primary focus is on delivering to customers in the USA and the UK, ensuring a smooth and seamless shopping experience. However, we are actively working on expanding our reach to Europe and beyond.

Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the merchandise value.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
- An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Final sale and clearance items

When can I expect my refund?
Return processing typically takes one to two weeks for the package to arrive at our warehouse. Once received, it may take up to three weeks to complete the return process.
We will send you:
1. An email confirmation when your return package has been received.
2. A second email once your refund has been fully processed.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, but please note that some banks may take 3–5 additional business days to reflect the refund in your account.

How do I start a return?

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.
For a smooth return process:
- Ensure your item is in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order (or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery).
- For large furniture items, we’ll coordinate a pickup schedule.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days. If you have any questions, we’re happy to assist!
How do I exchange or return a gift?
If you’ve received a gift and need to return or exchange it, we’re happy to assist! Eligible gift items can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as they are unused and in their original condition.
